Plans, modules, hosting, and billing. Everything you need before you subscribe.
Subscribe to a plan, sign in with Discord, paste your bot token from the Discord Developer Portal, and click Create bot. Your dashboard includes a setup guide if you need help.
Starter ($6.99/mo) includes 5 custom commands, tickets, hosting, and the dashboard. Pro ($12.99/mo) adds 10 commands, reviews, and 3 reaction role panels per server. Business ($19.99/mo) includes unlimited commands and reaction role panels plus greetings and giveaways. Every plan includes one hosted bot and a 7 day free trial.
Your extra commands and reaction role panels are not deleted. They stay in the dashboard but become locked, so they stop working in Discord and cannot be edited. The oldest items within your new plan limit stay active.
Greetings (welcome and goodbye messages) and Giveaways (reaction-based draws with scheduled end times) are available only on the Business plan. Tickets are on every plan; reviews and reaction roles start on Pro.
Each bot runs in its own isolated container on DTRX infrastructure. Start, stop, or restart your bot from the dashboard. Configuration pages are available while the bot is online.
Every bot gets a short code like BOT-X7K2. Share it when contacting support so we can find your bot and logs quickly.
Yes. Open Billing in your dashboard to manage your Stripe subscription, view payment history, or change plans. You can also cancel anytime from the customer portal.
On Business, create a giveaway in the dashboard, publish it to a channel, and members enter by reacting with 🎉. When the end time passes, the bot picks winners automatically and posts the results.
